An Eye For Detail provides a full narrative
style report that averages 25-35 pages and identifies and
documents every major system and component of the home per the
Arizona Standards of Professional
Practice. The report also
points out maintenance recommendations and any suggested safety
upgrades.

In addition, An Eye For Detail provides a
summary report of critical findings which averages 3-6
pages. The summary report identifies those items that should
be repaired, replaced or evaluated by a qualified professional
prior to the close of escrow. Or, in the case of a New Home
Warranty inspection, a repair list for the original
builder/developer. This summary report is the first section of the
'Sample' above, followed by the Full Narrative
Report.
