I am a graduate of U of A with a BS in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.  I worked in the construction business (residential home builders) while obtaining my degrees, and in earlier years with the family contracting business. I have satisfied all BTR requirements to become an Arizona Certified Home Inspector by taking 160 hours of class room training and field inspections at AZ-Sun Tech in Phoenix, and passed the ASHI required (American Society of Home Inspectors) state test.  I am a proud member of NACHI, the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors which is the largest Inspection Organization in the country, and member of the NACHI Arizona chapter.  I am also an affiliate of SEVRAR, the South East Valley Regional Association of Realtors. I am a member of the Better Business Bureau serving Central/Northern Arizona.
